Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using aromatherapycouncil.org (“the Site”) operated by Aromatherapy Registration Council (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at aromatherapycouncil.org.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site, purchasing from the Site, or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Aromatherapy Registration Council and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce this material whether by digital or physical without our written consent.  You may “share” our information through the share buttons on our site, which automatically attribute the information to Aromatherapy Registration Council and this site.

In the event we have created a downloadable file link, you may print and share the file as long as you do not alter it in any way.  We may terminate your access to the Site, without notice, if our security or brand is at risk.  In the event that you have been banned from our site, you may contact us in an attempt to resolve the matter.

We highly encourage you to know your username and password as banning happens most often from repeated attempts to log in with incorrect credentials. 

Our Site does contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Aromatherapy Registration Council.  While we make every attempt to link to safe sites, we can make no guarantees for another entity’s property.  Please use common sense, read other sites’ policies before using them.  Once you leave our site, we have no responsibility for your privacy or safety. 

We reserve the right to change these terms.  We encourage you to review these terms periodically.  If you don’t agree with the terms, don’t use the Site.
