As we move forward, ARC is bringing a whole new experience to both Registered Aromatherapists and applicants. As part of this move into the future, we are revealing our brand-new database design.
Currently, this is only a sample as each Registered Aromatherapist will need to reset their password and log in to this site. Once they’ve logged in and updated their own information, the database will begin to populate.
*ATTENTION RAs*
NOTE: If you’re reading this and are already an RA, every RA who had an email address unique to them in our system already has an account. Use the email address you had on file with us to reset your password. If you have been sharing an email address with other RAs, create your own unique email address and email us at gro.licnuocyparehtamora with it and your name so we can finish setting up your new account. @ofni
*You must update and save your Private Info before filling out the Public Info in your account, where you must also be sure to at least give consent by checking the “Website” box under “Platforms Where Business Info Can Be Shared” and click on save, for the system to create your public profile page and add you to the RA Directory. Unless all of these are updated in your account, you will not be added to the public directory.
Looking for a Registered Aromatherapist?
The Aromatherapy Registration Council maintains a public database of Registered Aromatherapists. If you’re looking for an RA, we’re here to help.

Registered Aromatherapist (or RA)
Successful candidates are entitled to use the RA and Registered Aromatherapist designation. Use of these terms by any other person is not permitted in any form.

Verification of Registration
When a candidate passes the Registration Examination and is granted registration as a Registered Aromatherapist, ARC will verify the individual’s registration status upon request by employers, governmental agencies, and the public. Telephone and electronic mail responses are free; written verification requires payment of a $20 administrative fee at the time of request. ARC will only release registration status, the date registration was awarded, and disciplinary actions, if any, taken by ARC. A database of ARC Registered Aromatherapists is maintained by ARC and may be reported in its publications and/or website. Each Registered Aromatherapist is responsible for ensuring their information on the Register is correct and up to date.
