Hello! A little about me...

As a Registered Aromatherapist (since 2004), I focus on empowering individuals to enhance their health and well-being through individual aromatherapy services/consultations, providing superior products and aromatherapy education. I specialize in reducing stress, Aromatic Reflex Therapy, and aromatherapy for children with special needs. I am interested in integrating aromatherapy into hospice and palliative care, nursing care facilities, and healthcare provider settings.

I am an Aromatherapy writer, educator, and international speaker and the co-author of The Complete Aromatherapy & Essential Oils Handbook for Everyday Wellness (Robert Rose Inc.). I was also featured in the Netflix documentary (UN)WELL, episode 1 “essential oils.”
