Quick Tips:

  • Your “Username” is your email address.
  • Strong passwords are required but more difficult to type without mistakes.
  • It’s easier to type your password into a type-only application (like Windows Notepad or Mac’s TypeSet — on phone, it’s easiest to do it in any texting app, just don’t send it, accidentally).
  • Copy the password, then paste into your password field.

ATTENTION CURRENT RAs

If you are an RA that signed up to take the ARC exam prior to September 1, 2024 that has not yet signed into your new online ARC account, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ONE. You already have an ARC account. Use the email (in lowercase) ARC has on file for you as the Username and click on “Forgot your password?” to set up your new password to access your account.
