As we move forward, the Aromatherapy Registration Council is bringing a whole new experience to both Registered Aromatherapists and applicants by announcing new online ARC Accounts!

If you are already an RA:

• Every current RA with their own unique email address on file with us already has an account. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ONE.
  

• If you are an RA with your own unique email address who signed up to take the ARC exam before September 1, 2024, click or tap on LOG IN in the Main Menu on the ARC Home page. Use the email address (in lowercase) ARC has on file for you as the Username and click on “Forgot your password?” to set up your new password to access your account. Passwords should be between 8-16 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character (symbol). Please email us at gro.licnuocyparehtamoraobfsctd-8edb18@ofni if you have any issues.

• If you are an RA who has been sharing a primary email address with other RAs, create your own unique email account and email us at gro.licnuocyparehtamoraobfsctd-4e882f@ofni with your name, old email address, and new email address so we can finish setting up your online account.

• RAs will use this account moving forward to do things like update their personal and public information, as well as upload CEUs, apply for reregistration, and print RA certificates. Please click or tap on the WELCOME – INSTRUCTIONS – READ toggle in your account for more information and instructions.

• To create your new Public RA Profile page, you must first update and save your private information by clicking or tapping on the Private Info toggle to open it, then click or tap on “Click Here to fill out or edit your contact info for ARC’s business purposes.” You must click on save even if you do not change any of your information. Then you can click or tap on the Public Info toggle to open it and read the instructions. When you are ready to fill out your public info, click or tap on “Click Here to begin your Public Profile.” Enter the information you desire to be public, read and consent to the terms and conditions for the use of your business information, and remember to save!

**Current RAs that signed up to take the ARC exam before September 1, 2024, must first update and save your Private Info before filling out and saving the Public Info for the system to be able to create your public RA Profile page and add you to the directory. If both of these are not updated in your account, and you do not give consent for your public information to be shared, you will not be added to the new public RA Directory.

If you wish to be a new applicant you will need to:

• Create your ARC Account by clicking or tapping on LOG IN in the Main Menu on the ARC Home page. Then click or tap on the “NO ACCOUNT? REGISTER HERE” button.

• Create your User Credentials. Make sure you enter your name as it appears on your Government-issued Photo I.D. Also, use your personal email address, the best one for getting in contact with you. You will have the opportunity to add business contact information for your public RA Profile once you pass the ARC Exam.

• After creating your User Credentials, complete your ARC Profile and online exam application in your account at: https://aromatherapycouncil.org/arc-profile-applicant/
